Kris 23+ Base

23 Channel tube AM Base station  (1976)

A very strong performer, the Kris 23+ never was a big seller.   Lack of availability and marketing led to the demise of Kris.  The 23+ were cousins to the  Lafayette Comstat 35 and the Teaberry T base.  Sensitivity for the 23+ came in at .8uV.  Back then anything under 1 was considered gold....

It included a built in AC transformer and DC power capabilities.  The transmitter audio was superb due in fact to the tube design of the unit.

Originally listed at $239.99 back in 76.
